Hello! Welcome to Fantasy Gathering's Top Sites! Every webmaster wants more traffic. A way to get more traffic to your site is to join topsites where a lot of websurfers pass through. If you want to join Fantasy Gathering's Top Sites, We have a few rules for you to follow before you can join.
1.) It MUST have a fantasy/science fiction theme. I can't emphasize that enough. Slapping a picture of a dragon on a page that is mainly about snowboarding does NOT count as a fantasy page.
2.) It doesn't matter where you put the HTML code for the button. If you want to make it to the top ten then that means you most likely will have to put it in an area where your visitors can see it and click on it. You will get this HTML code when you sign up.
3.) No Pornography! This includes pictures of nude people's upper halfs being attached to a lower animal half. This may just be your imagery for 'taurs of sorts but it is still obscene for children. Also, No links to XXX or Pornographic sites. That includes sex-related banner exchanges!
4.) The top 5 sites on the list will have their banner shown. It's encouraged that you provide a banner but not a 'must'.
5.) And last, but not least, Please do put the HTML code on your site you get when you sign up. If your site does not have it, then you will be deleted.
How this works:
Only the first 5 sites will have their banner shown (If they have provided a banner.)
Every month, the list will reset. You will start at '0' again. The top ten sites at the end of the month will be posted on this page. Only 3 time winners will have their url listed on Fantasy Gathering's Top Sites as a way of rewarding them.
We are doing this monthly. The month for voting will end at the last day of the month before the list's scores are reset for the next month.
To make this fair for other people to have a chance at winning, each site can only win up to three times. After that, then their site will be removed so that others can have a chance at winning. But their site's url will be posted on the Fantasy Gathering's Top Sites page as a way of congratulating them.
And last but not least... Any sites that get 0 hits at the end of the month will be removed. Too many sites have piled up in the Top Sites and get no hits after a certain period of time.
When you sign up, You'll get the HTML code. All you have to do is apply this HTML code on your page. You can put it on more than one page if you want to. All someone has to do is click on it. That's it. It doesn't even require an e-mail like other site competitions. Just a click and that's it. Very simple!
