reaches to his shoulders and upper back and is well kept. He is handsome
despite being drow, an exotic look to his powerful features and build. He is as
graceful as he is strong.

Birthplace:Kl'Te'pith, Drow City no longer in existance... his original
birthplace is lost in the ages of time. Only Riptide-Xternal knows
Outward attitude:Quiet and observant, confident of himself and his abilities,
protective of the the few he cares for
Inward Nature:Unstable, repressed, confused by emotions and feelings of the sort,
seeking to know what his role in life is really supposed to be
Weapons:Soul Fang, his long dagger - Forged in hellfires and bonded with a
wraith-spirit, possesses the ability to drain life and warmth from what it
strikes. "Nameless One" - his katana forged likewise, bonded with an ice-spirit
- inflicts freezing damage when it strikes as well as the physical damage of the
blade itself. "Makala" His razor disc - his spell "Web disc" is designed after
this weapon. Once struck, the disc bursts and covers the attacker with thick
weblike substance designed to hold them in place until they tear free or die.
The disc returns to him once it strikes, causing physical damage, or is struck
and causes web immobilization.
Abilities:Xaris is highly trained in assassination and thievery. He can
get into nearly any place possible and get back out again. He bears much
knowledge of security measures and is willing to share what he knows with the
right people. He is also a master swordsman and martial artist, his techniques
great enough to take on multiple opponents and come out victorious
Spells:He has total control over darkness and shadow like his creator and
his creator's daughter, Riptide-Xternal and Zephyr-Xternal respectively. He
possesses shadow-healing abilities as well, a rare form of healing that may harm
divine creatures accidentally if used on them. Among his other spells, he knows
the elemental magics of fire and ice and has mastered them to a point of second
nature. He currently is attempting to learn and master necromancy and air
magicks and only has basic to intermediate abilities in those arts
Creatures/Pets/Familiars:"Kree-luth" A great black beast, created and designed to protect him
from any threat by adapting to the opponent it fights. It was first introduced
against Nightfire after a botched assassination and was thought destroyed after
Xaris' escape, only to reappear later when Xaris reformed him to be an actual
physical being capable of phasing in and out of shadow at will.
Special Notes:Xaris is an ancient being and is loyal to very few. These
few are his creator, Riptide-Xternal, Sierra Darkwing, Lerina Rahl, and Mistress
Nissandra Xternal. He has a comfortable alliance with Lord Talon Darklighter
and his people, the Stylaxian Elves of Altreas. He comes and goes at will and
finding him before he finds you is next to impossible. He has retired from the
assassin life to honor his friend Sierra who was his last hit, the elf he let
live and learned to be alive from, as well as his other friend Lerina Rahl. He
now patrols the DEF and considers himself one of it's guardians. His story is
far from over.
